I have 9 storefront and 5 Internet loans in the state of Adventura and have been refinancing them to keep from defaulting on them, but now it is getting very hard to keep up.
I'm falling behind on other bills and find it hard to even pay my main bills like electric, utilities, and food. I have considered going to a debt consolidation company like: T & C acceptance corporation, or Destination debt solution for help.
I have been told that storefront don't deal with debt consolidation.
I have stop all ACH transaction, but have not closed my account for fear of going to jail for fruad or losing my job or license ( I'm a nurse) and I can't have any felon charges on my record. I want to pay and I'm not trying to commit fraud.

I write those checks because of unexpected expenses and I didn't have the extra money. Now I've gotten caught up paying and writing trying to pay the other.
I just don't know what to do can you offer any advice. I hate to invest in these debt consolidation program and it don't help me.

Please help.
