I owe close to £25000 through a combination of credit cards, loans and catalogues which are costing me about £700 per month in repayments. I have really struggled to keep on top of this over the last few months and have pretty much sacraficed any sort of a personal life. I have basically decided that enough is enough and am looking for a way out (not a quick fix though just to stress). Does anybody know if i would qualify for an IVA and if this would be best, or should i just bite the bullet and declare myself bankrupt? I really dont want this though!!!
