I looked around a few other forums and it seems that in most cases people who pay these fees are unsuccesful in getting a loan. There is absolutely no way I am paying a fee for a broker to find a loan for me when there is no guarentee that i'll get it. </p> <p>I am unable to get a loan from my bank but i still dont see why because of this i now have to start paying for companies to find one for me. Does anyone know of anywhere that i can go to get one directly? </p>
